HQ Gate & Shower House Keys
To request shower house key cards or gate key, and make a plan to receive them, email sunranchmemberstonasket@gmail.com.
The key deposit is $10.00 for a shower house keycard and $10.00 for a gate key, unless you are exchanging an old gate key or keycard. NOTE - To receive keys, you must be a member in good standing.
Annual Association Assessments (aka Dues)
Send a check or money order for $137.00 per lot payable to SROA at the above address by June 15th of each year. Failure to pay assessments restricts your access to the shower house, voting at the annual meeting, and other benefits. Assessments become delinquent on October 15th, and will be charged a $30.00 late fee per lot owned. Failure to pay assessments can put liens on your property and cause possible foreclosure to pay off liens.
